Can I request an invoice?
Yes, you can request an invoice. To do this, you must have an account. You can enter your VAT number during the account creation process.
When placing your order, using your account identifiers, an invoice will be automatically created and sent to you by email.
Can I order without having a Maison Mirbel account?
If the buyer has not created an account on the site, he or she can purchase items on the site as a guest. Under this purchasing method, the buyer must only provide the data necessary to process their order.
If the email address is changed during the ordering process, the selection of items chosen before this change will no longer be guaranteed. The buyer will be asked to repeat their selection of items from the start.
An invoice in electronic format will be available by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation email or order availability.
What are the delivery areas?
We can deliver to you worldwide under adapted pricing conditions chosen by you. However, for delivery to an island and to the areas below, you will be charged an additional fee to deliver to these hard-to-reach areas:
- FRANCE : Corsica and areas outside Metropolitan France
- GERMANY : All German islands
- SPAIN : All Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- UNITED STATES : Hawaii, Alaska
- GREECE : All Greek Islands
- ITALY : All Italian islands
- PORTUGAL : Madeira and Azores
- UNITED KINGDOM : Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetlands and Scottish Islands
- Areas outside the European Union

Can I return or exchange an item?
ATTENTION :
For pieces called “unique pieces” because Mid Century, returns are not possible. The exchange can only be made for another object of equal value, or for a planning consultancy service if necessary.
You have 14 days following the day of the return request to return the products in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, unused or displayed.
To make a return, the buyer must follow the procedure indicated on the return slip received with their order. The return label will be made available to you, after payment of the return costs, via the returns portal and via the email address you provided.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the costs of returning the products. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the products reach us in good condition.
In addition to the right of withdrawal described above, the company MAISON MIRBEL wishes to offer its buyers the possibility of exchanging the items delivered under the conditions described below:
- Only the buyer who has paid by credit card will be able to exchange the delivered item for an item of a lower price. For all other payment methods, the exchange can only be made for an item of equal or greater price.
- The buyer may, according to his choice, within thirty days (30) following the delivery date, carry out the exchange remotely. In this case, the buyer can call MAISON MIRBEL and agree to the free collection of the items at the location of their choice (in Metropolitan France) by MAISON MIRBEL, or return the items delivered in their original packaging, complete (boxes , accessories, protections, labels, certificates, etc.) and accompanied by the duly completed return slip as well as a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

In the latter case, the costs of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. It will be up to the buyer to provide proof of this return, which implies that the items must be returned by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer. Any new delivery can only take place upon receipt by the company MAISON MIRBEL of the items returned by the buyer.
What about my personal data?
The personal data of the buyer, and where applicable the recipient of the order, are processed by MAISON MIRBEL as data controller.
MAISON MIRBEL collects the personal data of the buyer as well as, where applicable, those of the recipient of the order, in order to execute the order placed by the buyer.
The personal data processed by MAISON MIRBEL concerning the buyer are:
- Identity data (last name, first name)
- Contact details (email address, postal address, telephone number)
- Billing data (bank details)
